Okay,
Now I'm pretty new at blogging, but I wanted to write something.
So here comes my first official blog..
Its something that I wrote about the city where I live, Mumbai:

The city that never sleeps (and also the city that won't let you sleep)
Its a buzzing place for everyone.The economic capital of India has lots to offer for one and all..It boasts of a very strong connectivity network..the railways are considered to be the backbone of the city,its one place where you will find people giving extreme importance to numbers like 8:38, 9:27,etc.
Numbers which wont make sense to you,unless you use these trains and go through the 'dhag dhag' of getting into one of them.
A place where A,B,C,D have different meanings all together
A-->Andheri
B-->Bandra
C-->Colaba
D-->Dombivili

These buses and trains will help u in reaching your destination at the right time .

In the mean while, if you get those hunger pants,then you will find lots of places to eat and dine.From vada pav to Pizzas, from Lassis and sherbets to Cold Coffees and iced teas,from finger licking pav bhaaji to exotic Italian cuisine.

A booming city with a lot of shopping malls,places to chill out, the Baristas and the CCDs.
If u need some excitement in your life, then you'll find it all here,
Essel world (a place where u might just lose your breath,for a while)
Water Kingdom (bheego toh jaano water kingdom mein)
Suraj water park,
Tikuchini wadi,
Anand resort
and many more

Need a break from your daily routine?
Need a place to unwind??
Then u've got a variety of clubs to choose from,
The Acres club,
Lions club,
Matunga Gymkhana,
Khar Gymkhana
et many more

If you are desperate 2 see some greenery in this concrete jungle,then
Five Gardens, Parsee colony is the place to be.There are also many green places in the suburbs(reclamation side)

Bored of seeing old monuments and forts?
Wanna see a modern engineering marvel,right here in your own country?
Then the Bandra Worli sea link is worth paying a visit.The bridge will give you an exhilarating experience with the great Indian Ocean surrounding it,at both sides.
And yeah, we do have Asia's biggest dome theatre at Wadala...watching 3D movies is a totally awesome experience over here..
If you are a beach loving creature, then Juhu Chowpathy, Bandra Bandstands are the places for you..
Especially in the monsoons...when the waves come splashing at you...
Don't forget to have a buttha (corn) while you are enjoying the rains..

If you are a Biryani freak, then do pay a visit to Jaffer Bhai's Delhi Darbaar...

Missing some good fish??
If you want it raw, then go to City Light market (the biggest and the meanest fishes are found here)
But, if you want them cooked, then you've got the foll options:
1) Gajalee (one at High Street Phoenix and the other at Vile Parle)
2) Bharat's lunch home (@ VT)
3) Goa Portuguesa, Culture Curry and Status(@ Mahim)
(and many many more...these are just one of my favourite places)

If you want some typical Maharashtrian food, then you can try out these:
1) Prakash Hotel (@Dadar, Shivaji Park)
2) Diva Maharashtracha (@Mahim)

South Indian restaurants are also in plenty:
1) Mani's Lunch Home and Sharda (@Matunga)
2) Only Idlis (@Kings Circle)...here you'll get a variety of Idlis.

Whenever I wanna have Mughlai food, I drop by at 'Pritam da dhaba' (@ Dadar)
or Lucky's @ Bandra..

I'm sure there must be many other places in Mumbai that I myself must have not explored. So hey all you Mumbaikars,

Help me in completing the list

Show the world, the true spirit of Mumbai
